簡(jiǎn)要描述：與全反式維甲酸（ATRA）不同，EC23在溶液狀態(tài)下對(duì)光線、加熱和空氣都不敏感。EC23不溶于水，微溶于乙醇，可以DMSO配制10mg/mL母液，或者以95%乙醇配制0.33mg/mL的母液，需要漩渦助溶。后續(xù)可溶于水溶液（包括細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基）。溶液形式的EC23不會(huì)降解，保存EC23溶液時(shí)不必特別注意避光密封。

應(yīng)用：

EC23僅限科研使用，不可用于臨床。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明，該化合物可以強(qiáng)力的誘導(dǎo)多能干細(xì)胞向神經(jīng)組織方向分化，與ATRA相比，EC23能夠穩(wěn)定的誘導(dǎo)大量神經(jīng)元分化。此外，EC23還能激活Hox基因轉(zhuǎn)錄子的表達(dá)。
