FAQ
1.低內(nèi)毒素和超低內(nèi)毒素有什么區(qū)別？
答：ichorbio生產(chǎn)兩種用于體內(nèi)使用的格式：低內(nèi)毒素和超低內(nèi)毒素。超低格式具有更高的純度，更低的內(nèi)毒素，更低的聚集，并且經(jīng)過了與將要使用的動物相關(guān)的病原體測試。
2.抗體如何儲存？效期多久？
答：遵循我們數(shù)據(jù)表上列出的存儲信息。只有在存儲溫度正確時才保證一年的使用效期。
3.抗體溶液中發(fā)現(xiàn)有沉淀物是什么？
答：環(huán)境條件，如溫度變化、凍結(jié)/解凍、運輸過程中的搖晃以及長期存儲可能導致抗體溶液出現(xiàn)沉淀或絮塊。絮塊通常是緩沖鹽從溶液中沉淀出來或者一小部分蛋白質(zhì)聚集。如果輕輕地反復倒置小瓶，應該可以去除沉淀。如果不能去除，我們建議通過過濾或離心來去除絮塊。
對于過濾，建議使用無菌的0.2μM過濾器。對于離心，我們建議將抗體溶液轉(zhuǎn)移到無菌離心管中（不要在提供的冷凍瓶中離心），并在10k rpm下離心5分鐘。更建議使用過濾而不是離心，因為離心可能使樣品發(fā)熱的時間比過濾的方式長，而過濾則可以非常快速地完成。無論選擇哪種方法，都應使用無菌過濾器、注射器、管子等，并在生物安全柜中操作，以確保溶液保持無菌。此外，使用這些方法可以去除沉淀而不會有顯著的蛋白質(zhì)損失。如果在離心或過濾后擔心損失，您可以檢查離心或過濾后的蛋白質(zhì)濃度，并將其與提供的CoA上的濃度進行比較。
4.稀釋抗體的最佳方法是什么？
答：可以使用與抗體配方w全相符的無菌1*PBS。在稀釋時，建議使用冷緩沖液，并通過在生物安全柜中操作以及使用無菌移液管頭、管子、注射器和緩沖液來保持無菌。應避免將抗體稀釋到工作濃度并在4℃以上存儲超過一天。
